Joshua Logan Ashworth Chute of Komoka died suddenly on Sunday, June 14, 2020, at LHSC Victoria Hospital in London.
Josh married his best friend Mallory in July of last year. As devoted parents, they raised their son Oliver, Josh's legacy, his 15-month-old "Olibear".
Memories will always be cherished by Josh's mother Lindsey Ashworth Ducharme (Leo) and father Richard Chute (Anne). Josh was the protective younger brother of Nicole who he shared a dedicated tight bond with, and Uncle to Katelyn, who was more like his loved little sister. Josh was the loved stepbrother of Peter, Michelle (Jamie), Steven (Sandra), and Brian (Jennifer).
Nephew, of Beverly (Tom), Barrie (Laurie), Adrienne (Steve), Pat, and Mary(James), Josh always had a smile to share with his Aunts, Uncles, Granddad George Ashworth, many loved cousins, nephews, and nieces. Josh is predeceased by his Grandma Bertha Ashworth, and Grandparents Max & Flora Chute.
A skilled electrician by trade, Josh's dream job would have been to be a stay at home Dad; creating memories, singing, enjoying the outdoors, playing sports, working on his gardens and just being with Teddy the dog, his cherished four-legged buddy.
A loyal, hard-working man, Josh knew he found the love of his life when he met Mallory, spending their first date walking in the rain getting ice cream one special evening in July 2016. Pursuant to be the best and provide the best for those he loved, Josh will always be remembered fondly for his caring, kindness, and joy in his laughter.
A celebration of Josh's life will take place in September with details to follow. Arrangements are entrusted to Gilpin Funeral Chapel, 123 King Street East in Forest.
