William Ralph Dukelow of Port Franks, surrounded by family, died peacefully on Friday, March 13, 2020, in his 80th year at Stratford General Hospital.

Bill invested in lives and showed great dedication to the youth he taught, going as far as adopting son Robert Storms. Bill will be fondly remembered by Robert and his wife Tracy and his much loved Grandchildren Sarah and Michael. Nothing brought Bill a greater smile than when he heard the word, Grandpa.

Bill is the missed brother of Robert & Elizabeth Dukelow and Don & Lynn Dukelow. Bill was the uncle to Chris, Todd (Susana), R.J. (Marie Eve), Susan (Corey), Sean (Janice), and Adam (Valerie). Bill is predeceased by his parents Harold and Madeleine Dukelow.

Known as Bill, or more officially by his many students, Mr. Dukelow, Bill taught business and computer sciences as a high school teacher in London, Middlesex for almost 40 years. Bill took great pride in his students' accomplishments. Community and companionship were shared at The Buchan House in London, where he was also the treasurer. He was a man who loved to cook and enjoyed organizing DIY projects for friends.

Family and friends continue to celebrate Bill's life, a life of leadership, traveling and a great example of someone who always looked for an opportunity to lend a helping hand. A celebration of life will take place with details pending at this time.

In lieu of flowers, donations are appreciated to the Heart & Stroke Foundation. Arrangements are entrusted to Gilpin Funeral Chapel, 123 King Street East in Forest 519-786-4964. Please leave a memory or condolence online at

Bill was a foundational stone of the Richmond Park Community. We have built upon his work and honor him with the strength of the community he helped achieve. His dedication to RPA was without question and so should be our acknowledgement of the affection he felt for this place we all love so much. I am thankfull to have have known him, if even but for the briefests of times at the shore. Via con Dios my friend.
