Agnes Louise Davidson passed away quietly, surrounded by her family on Saturday, January 25, 2020, in her 89th year.
The beloved wife of Allan Davidson for over 50 years, together they raised their family just outside of Thedford. The cherished mother of Joel & Kathy, Mitzi & David and John. Agnes leaves a legacy in her growing family of 5 grandchildren, Jacob, Jody & Kevin, Jessica & Blake, Melissa & David, and Darcy & Jocelyn, 12 great-grandchildren, Kyle & Katie, Tyler & Lindsay, Shawn, Logan, Macy, Ava, Berkeley, Everett, Rosie, Jaxtin, Tatum, Tessa, and 2 great-great-grandchildren, Aubrey and Henley.
Agnes is predeceased by her son Edward, and her siblings Bernice Austin, George Sutherland, and Donald Sutherland, and will be missed by her extended family and friends.
Agnes drove school bus for many years, safely transporting many of the children of Bosanquet Township to and from Bosanquet Central School. A talented musician, Agnes taught piano for years and played for the local United and Presbyterian churches of Lambton Shores.
A private family service celebrating Agnes' life was conducted at Gilpin Funeral Chapel, 97 Victoria Street in Thedford at 11am on Thursday, January 30, 2020, with Rev. Dr. Christine O'Reilly officiating.
